Back to Hear More

God, your words of peace, love, and redemption draw us to you. All of us need a place of unconditional love and grace—a place where we don’t have to earn your love or reward. As soon as we begin to feel the free gift of your salvation, we are always drawn in—captivated by your grace.

Anna Ebert, a missionary in Malawi, Africa, has told us that after presenting your Word in ten small villages through The Story of Jesus booklet, 913 villagers came back the next day to hear more about your life, your grace — your love. They were drawn to you, just as we are.

Anna has reached over 3,000 people!

They are asking questions about you, God. They want to know more about you. They are hungry.

Scripture:

Taste and see that the LORD is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him. Psalm 34:8

Prayer:

Jesus, let Anna’s life be a prayer that draws people to her—and to you. May your lost children feel so safe in her care that they hang on every word she speaks of your faithfulness to save them. May they return hungry each day. May they “eat and be satisfied.” (Psalm 22:26)

What is your mission field?

Romans 10:13-14 tells us:

For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? (New Living Translation)

You may not be called to Malawi Africa like Anna, but what about those neighbors up the street or next door?
