Story of Jesus in Togo, West Africa

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

(John 3:17 (NIV))

Phil Svalya, with Prayer Covenant Ministry, distributed David C Cook’s The Story of Jesus booklets (SOJs) in Togo. This particular village has over 1000 children!

By the end of 2017, Prayer Covenant Ministry had distributed a total of 250,000 SOJs! People from over 25 villages and towns came to receive The Story of Jesus booklets.

Prayer Covenant Ministry partners have also distributed The Story of Jesus in Benin, Niger, Mali, Cote D’Ivoire, and Burkina Faso.

It is truly amazing to see what God is doing around the world!

Think about this. On average, each Story of Jesus booklet is shared with 3-5 other people. This means it is possible more than 1 million children will have the opportunity to read about Jesus and learn about what it means to become a Christian. More than 1 million children in areas of Africa which are predominantly non-Christian.

Please pray for the wonderful folks at Prayer Covenant Ministry as they continue to reach out to the people of Africa. If you or somebody you know is involved in evangelism and want more information, check out our Story of Jesus page.
